These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of metapharmacyservices.com (the "Site"), operated by Meta Pharmacy Services ("Meta," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

About this site

The Site is a business-to-business informational and lead-generation resource for telehealth brands, clinics, prescribers, and other healthcare entities ("Partners") evaluating Meta as a compounding pharmacy partner. The Site is not a patient-facing service. It does not dispense medication, accept prescriptions, process refills, or facilitate any transaction between a patient and a pharmacy. Patient prescription services are handled exclusively through Meta's licensed pharmacy operations and the authorized partner relationships established outside of this Site.

Who can use the Site

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and are accessing the Site in a business or professional capacity on behalf of a healthcare entity. You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us through the Site and not to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Not medical advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Nothing on the Site creates a pharmacist-patient or provider-patient relationship between you and Meta. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical questions or treatment decisions.

Pharmacy services are governed separately

Any compounding, dispensing, or pharmacy services Meta provides are governed by the separate agreements, prescriptions, regulatory frameworks, and authorizations applicable to those services — including state pharmacy board regulations, FDA requirements (including for 503A and any applicable 503B operations), HIPAA, and any written partnership agreements between Meta and the Partner. Use of the Site does not constitute a pharmacy relationship and does not entitle any visitor to Meta's pharmacy services.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the underlying code — is owned by Meta or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may view and download Site content for your internal business evaluation of Meta, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly display Site content without our prior written consent.

The "Meta Pharmacy Services" name and any associated marks are trademarks of Meta. Third-party marks (e.g., accreditation seals, partner logos) are the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, any related systems, or any data or account that is not yours
• Use any automated means (scrapers, bots, etc.) to collect information from the Site beyond what is generally allowed by our robots policy
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any Site form
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security
• Use the Site to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, the HubSpot form that powers our "Partner with Meta" inquiry flow, or external accreditation directories). Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third party.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the Site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meta and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meta and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
